It comes with Firefox and when I installed it had the right drivers for the Internet, monitor, and other hardware. You copy a ISO file then using Nero or similar program you burn an image unto a CD. Ubuntu does not require defragging. You don't have to work on the registry, or for the most part, worry about getting a virus . New version is coming out in April.
