My Personal Background.

Introduction

I used to be Catholic and enjoyed having the world understood and everything was in its place.  As I grow older I discovered science and a deep conflict developed.  I wanted the truth. I broke away from Catholicism. I joined the Sufis, the Buddhists, the Baha'is and learned that were saying similar things, but using different words.

I found that most Western religions are based on a prophet, a holy book, and a set of rules.  Eastern religions, particularly  Buddhism, in general are concerned with non-attachment and mind control.
